Configuration

Administrators can activate and configure all modular functionality of e-Chart Directory to meet company specific needs.
 
 

All colours, fonts and sizes of the characters from the menus, windows, backgrounds and organizational charts are fully customizable. Buttons and icons may be personalized by using a Gif graphic editor. Examples
 
 

All displayed text may be modified for multi-language use. Customization includes all system text and messages and on-line help. e-Chart Directory supports English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.

Data displayed in the personal card, the format of all employee information, the search criteria and search results are defined and formated by the administrator.
 
 

The administrator defines the default models available to the users: box appearance, page headers and footers, box styles (background, fonts, colours). Hierarchy styles may be defined for each level to colour code specific positions and departments.
 
 

Specilized configuration can be suggested to the users, for access only the information and functions corresponding to their profile. For example, the HR staff can access to more information on persons, and to printing operations reserved to them.
