e-Object Editor permits, by a simple configuration, to obtain a complete application for managing the content of an LDAP directory, or a SQL (relational) database. This is done using specific "Business Views" defined through the Administration tool. The obtained application offers update, consulting, import, export, printing functionalities and also manages user groups, users and passwords. On-mass update of the data can be done through workflow scenarios. e-Object Editor permits the input of persons, groups of users, applications, roles, companies, sites, business activities, projects, the connections between all these through some logical or physical views. Using e-Object Editor the IT administrator can delegate the management of the different accounts to different persons or enables the user to change its own password. |

The administrator can navigate from one object ot another using their logical or physical links, and using an Explorer interface. The multi-criteria searches permit to find the desired entries and to obtain their position in the Explorer view. The results of the search can be printed or exported in .CSV formats. The personal card and any repport can also be printed. |

The management of the habilitations permits to define, for each profile user, the corresponding rights: authorized access, list of updatable data, physical or logical directory branch in update or consulting access mode, confidential data...

Tools and Updates |

Information can be loaded from .txt files (import, refresh data). It can also be exported to .csv formats. More information. The coherence of the datatabse can be controlled and corrected using predefined options and rules. The update is intuitive with an explorer ergonomy (copy, paste, properties functions). Integrity constraints are available. |
