To update the content of the e-Chart Directory and e-Object Editor, emails are sent to a distribution list. Each email will be personalized according to its receiver's profile and can include an URL to launch the updated form. The emails circulate accordingly to a validation circuit. The users can fill in a form, available from the menu bar, to be sent as an email to a distribution list.

| According to the place, hierarchical position or user group, a user can either fill in a form or launch an application through an URL, from the e-Chart Directory menu bar. |

Email Distribution Lists |

The Workflow and the simplified portal processes are based on email distribution lists. The lists, built up from the imported addresses, which depend on the respective user group, are linked to the hierarchy (executive or assistant level) or to the site and are associated to a validation circuit. |
